About Us

The park itself consists of over 260 holiday homes, creating a strong, welcoming community of like-minded holidaymakers who return year after year, giving it a real sense of belonging rather than just a place to stay. It’s a genuinely family-friendly environment, with a convenient on-site shop and plans to introduce our Sellers Leisure–branded Gatehouse Coffee shop, adding another layer of quality and atmosphere to the park.

The surrounding area is one of Dymchurch’s biggest strengths—peaceful but still full of life, with classic seaside attractions, arcades, great local food, and the famous Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, all within easy reach, while still feeling far less crowded than larger resort towns. Its location also makes it incredibly convenient, being around an hour to an hour and a half from London, meaning owners can enjoy spontaneous weekends as well as longer stays. Owning a holiday home here offers real lifestyle value—no booking stress, no rising hotel costs, just the freedom to come and go whenever you like, creating consistent family memories year after year. With strong demand for coastal parks, a long open season, and everything you need either on-site or nearby, Dymchurch Holiday Park delivers a simple, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable way to experience seaside living.
